We completely remove the stain rather than sandblast the material or paint over it, not only because this is expensive and will this not eliminate the mold growing environment, but it also raises red flags for future buyers that there might have been a previous mold issue. Our work will leave you with the original material in the shape it was before the mold growth.
After we remove mold from surfaces and eliminate the mold waste, we apply EPA-approved Duraban to the area, which creates a mold-resistant surface, so you can relax, knowing that the stress and costliness of your mold problem will not simply return in a short time. Finally, we complete a post-inspection clearance, just to ensure that all of the mold has been removed, and you have been properly protected against future mold growth.
